I am currently a PhD student at the Institute of Mathematics of Bordeaux (IMB), in the team Image, Optimization, and Probabilities (IOP). My PhD thesis is under the supervision of Jérémie Bigot and Elsa Cazelles, and falls within the PEPR PDE-AI project funded by the ANR.
My research revolves around optimal transport and its applications to cytometry data.
